Husband and wife, business partners and the heart behind JM Head & Body Spa.
With Mary proudly Tongan and Jake of Tongan–Japanese–English heritage, our roots are deep in both Polynesian care culture and Japanese healing techniques. We grew up with strong traditions around self-care, touch therapy and community wellbeing and we’ve brought that into everything we do here.

Before booking, please note that all treatments with added simple dry off step additional charges will apply: $30–$50 based on the thickness of your hair and the length of your hair. Long hair is considered to be past your shoulders to start of your armpit.Very Long hair is mid-back, reaching the top of your bra strap. Extremely Long hair is past your waistline. Please keep in mind that the treatment time will also be longer for longer hair, and the additional charge reflects this extra time required.

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and our team, we kindly ask you to review our booking terms below before confirming your appointment.
Deposits
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment:
$50 deposit for standard treatments
$100 deposit for treatments lasting 2 hours or more.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances this includes illness, missed flights, personal emergencies, or changes of mind.
Your deposit secures your booking and helps us allocate time and staff specifically for your treatment. Once paid, we roster our team and reserve your slot, which is why refunds cannot be offered.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment.
If you reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, your deposit will be forfeited.
To rebook after a forfeited deposit, full prepayment will be required.
Late Arrival Policy
As one of Australia’s busiest Head & Body Spas, we run on a tight schedule with back-to-back appointments throughout the day.
If you arrive 5 minutes late or more, the time missed will be deducted from your treatment, and we will only provide the portion of the service that fits within the remaining scheduled time.
We do not extend treatment time for late arrivals whether you are 5, 10, 15, or 20 minutes late.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment and out of respect for our next client’s scheduled service.
We enforce these policies fairly and consistently to respect the time of all clients and ensure our team operates smoothly.
