Deposit & Cancellation
We require a $50 deposit upfront to reserve your treatment booking which will also go towards the remaining of your treatment costs.
Deposits are non-refundable, you may reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to your treatment booking time slot and your deposit will remain with us for your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do call us 48 hours before your appointment. If you do try to reschedule less than 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be forfeited no matter what the circumstances are if your sick , missed your flight etc. We are not your employer and we have therapist to pay if you don’t show up so please be mindful of this.
If at any time you would like to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do abide by our cancellation policy, which enables you to cancel 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If it is less than the 48 hour time period from your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and for future bookings we will require the full payment of the next treatment you would like to book to secure a new appointment for you.
Being Late Policy:
As one of Australia’s most busiest head’n body spa’s with back to back appointments all days we are open we kindly ask that you are here at your exact appointment time if you know you’ll be running a little late, please give us a call and let us know prior to your appointment if you are more than five minutes late it will go into your treatment time.
If you are late by 15 minutes we will give you 2 options 1.Your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Or
2.You will need to pay a late fee of $20.
So please be very mindful about being late as it can cause our next clients to be upset and may have somewhere, they need to be right after their appointment on time.
We do take our policy very serious, and we will always abide by our policy and will not accept any excuses.
