About Fonder
My name is Mary Dudley, the director, senior therapist, and I will be one of your trainers. We are proud to be Australia’s first head spa training academy. We are having trained participants from all over the world since June 5th, 2024. Not only are we the first Japanese head spa training academy. But we are also the busiest and most experienced in the Japanese head spa industry in Australia.
Our Mission
Our spa has served thousands of clients and has been fully booked every single day since opening. As your trainers, we bring a wealth of experience and expertise. Making us the most trusted head spa in Australia with the highest client retention rates. Our goal is to train you to reach our level of skill and performance. Setting you on a rewarding career path in the head spa industry. You’ll be learning from professional Japanese head spa therapists. Including one of our other trainers my husband Jake Dudley who has a Japanese, English, and Tongan background.
Here’s a bit about my Background and Experience:
Hairdressing: I began my training in hairdressing at Sydney TAFE, NSW, at the age of 16 and have been in the field since 2009
Tongan Massage Medicine: I’ve been practicing Tongan massage medicine since I was 10 years old, a tradition deeply rooted in my culture, giving me 23 years of experience.
Massage Specializations: I specialize in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Japanese Shiatsu & Seitai massage, Thai massage, Indian, Hot stone massage and Swedish massage, with over 7 years of experience.
Scalp Health and Trichology: I studied trichology and have been working with scalp analysis, addressing scalp concerns, and providing treatments since early 2022.
Training and Assessment: I studied my Trainer and Assessor training in early 2024.
Business Development: With over 10 years of experience in business development, I’ve trained and coached sales teams for major banks like ANZ and St. George, and have been a top seller for companies such as Woolworths Insurance, Westpac Life Insurance, Real Insurance, and Dodo Telecommunications in the entire state and country.
Business Growth: As a Business Development Manager for major media companies, I’ve helped small to medium-sized businesses achieve their revenue goals through personalized training and coaching.
